CHRIS HOPPE

Behavioral Health & Performance Coach

Chris Hoppe has spent nearly two decades guiding individuals through the work of self-regulation, personal alignment, and sustainable performance. His approach bridges physiology, psychology, and lived experience to help people reconnect to who they are, so they can move through stress, lead with clarity, and build lives rooted in purpose.

With a background spanning CrossFit coaching, personal training, nervous system education, and behavioral health work, Chris specializes in supporting those navigating chronic stress, fatigue, disconnection, and transitions in life or identity. His clients include business leaders, athletes, special forces operators, parents, coaches, and individuals in recovery—each working to rebuild capacity and live with more presence and purpose.

As a lead coach and educator at KNTK, Chris delivers programs at the intersection of performance, resilience, and recovery, helping people build nervous system literacy, develop personal agency, and translate awareness into action.

Chris brings deep personal insight to his work, having spent years overidentifying with achievement and performance, only to discover that real power comes not from doing more, but from coming home to yourself. His coaching is direct, grounded, and deeply human—focused not on fixing people, but on helping them reclaim what was never lost.

Our Evolution: From Movement to Mastery

2025 - Present

KNTK HEALTH

The transition to KNTK emerged from recognizing that our foundational roots in motion and movement were being overshadowed by the SH//FT name. KNTK better represents our core understanding that energy is at the center of all human performance—kinetic energy itself tells the story of motion and energy. KNTK stands as our acronym for possibility, encompassing the full spectrum of human potential through integrated movement, breathing, and performance optimization.
